Job Duties:

The AA will provide support to a team of financial services professionsl in a local office as well as from remote locations. This position will need to work as a teamwith other administrative staff and managments to accomplish goals and maintain workflow. A high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, strong customer service skills and strong sofware application proficiency required. Financial industry and data base experience is a plus.
Qualifications

  • Process mail and incoming correspndence in accordance with compliance and document routing procedures.

  • Set up and maintain various files, logs and tracking systems in accordance with compliance standards

  • Create internal/external corresondence

  • Will communicate with individual clients to schedule and confirm appointments

  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately

  • Process paperwork and checks in accordance with compliance protocols

  • Heavy database work including attaching documents, letter generation, updates to activites and touchpoints

  • Extensive meeting preparation for the WMA's

  • May assist in ordering and maintaining marketing collateral

  • May be a liason for vendors and office facilities

  • Process invoices for payment.

  • 5 years experience in an administrative role, successfully supporting multiple people
