VP of Compliance supporting Dodd-Frank initiatives primarily, specifically relating to Volcker Rule and new regulations surrounding OTC swaps

The successful candidate will have demonstrated legal/compliance experience with recent experience in Dodd-Frank implementation and implications in banking/broker-dealer environment. Responsibilities include

- providing guidance on Volcker Rule implementation and global impact

- assessment and implementation of new OTC swaps regulations

- compliance policies and procedures updates reflecting new rules/regs

REQUIREMENTS

- 8-10 years of legal/compliance experience supporting banking/broker-dealer

- Strong Dodd-Frank subject matter expertise

- Product exposure including equities, fixed income, commodities, futures, and derivatives

- JD a plus but not required
