ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct research for principals on a variety of projects
Gather, organize and synthesize client data including preparing investment rebalances, Monte Carlo analysis, insurance reviews, estate planning, etc.
Assist in preparation of client meeting materials
Assist CIO with manager due diligence and review including maintaining investment files and notes from manager calls
Assist with coordination and implementation of day-to-day client needs including managing cash needs and transfers, managing margin requirements, and prepare ad hoc spending analysis as needed
Provide support with quarterly performance review as needed
Assist Principals with business development including development of proposals; preparation of presentations
Responsible for completion of ad-hoc assignments and contributing to team projects
Provide supplemental administrative support as needed

POSITION REQUIRES:

Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Business degree preferred)
CFP program coursework or CFP required.
1-3 years financial planning/wealth advisory experience
Financial planning experience to include use of financial planning software and Monte Carlo analysis
Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are required
Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of finance, economics and markets
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient knowledge in working with computers including solid working knowledge of Excel. Financial planning software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
Ability to effectively work in a team environment, building a spirit of cooperation, and sharing knowledge and skills with others in the group
Resourcefulness, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
