Job Description



Leading global financial firm is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to develop rich UIs for the Cash Equities desk.

You will be responsible for developing rich web user interfaces that integrate with back-end components to create web solutions for Equities trading, regulatory and compliance teams.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience working in Java
  • 5+ years experience in Web technologies - JavaScript, J2EE, Struts/Spring, MVC, Ajax
  • Deep understanding of tools in UI development and troubleshooting in multiple browser environments
  • Good knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/SQL)
  • Experience working with Java on Unix/Linux
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
  • Domain knowledge in Equities, Compliance is a plus
