Role Description

Increase product revenue through ongoing management of project finance and escrow transactions. Attain customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service. Mitigate risk to the Bank through the strict adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

8- 10 years Project Finance Corporate Trust experience
Relationship Manager for clients
Familiar with Loan Syndication structure (Exim and L/C facility), Collateral & Security Trustee and Administrative Agent roles
Manage large diverse accounts for international and domestic clients
Responsible for reviewing, negotiating and closing new deals timely and efficiently
Interface with inside, outside counsel as well as Operations, Risk and Compliance
Take part in and resolve day to day fire drills around troubled transactions
Manage risk through strict adherence to internal policies and procedures
Responsible for ensuring excellent service is provided to all clients
Responsible to perform annual audit KYC client reviews
Build client relationship through Client Outreach
Able to identify revenue opportunities and cross sell
Coordinating and approving daily transactions as required by the agreement
(Investment using internal and external investment firms, Money movement via Fed Wires, Swift and ACH.)
Review compliance items received to determine good order
Manage and develop administrative staff (one or two)
Ensuring that all weekly, by-monthly and monthly MIS is reviewed, approved
and complete (CTC Reviews, Ticklers, DMS, DMS Events & overdrafts)
Works collaboratively within the organization, as well as independently

Corporate Trust Experience
Educated to Bachelors degree level
fluent in English
