The Role / Responsibilities:
Role objective
Support the Public, Project Infrastructure Finance (PPIF) and Structured Finance Group's (SFG) business planning, financial management and analysis.
-Lead the global business planning workflow for the PPIF
-Perform driver-based revenue analysis for intra-month, monthly and quarterly financial results.
-Perform compensation and position management for PPIF and SFG.
-Support the Managing Directors of PPIF with reports and information.
-Directly manage assigned resources in order to deliver on Business Planning objectives.
-Lead process improvements to increase the quality and timeliness of managerial information.

Qualifications:
-Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Professional qualification in accounting or finance.
-5+ years of relevant financial experience with planning and analysis processes.
-Experience working with senior leaders on financial planning and/or reporting.
-Successful management or supervision of financial analysts.

The Business Planning team is responsible for financial planning and analysis for Moody's Investors Service. The team prepares the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the ratings team.
