Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES:

Input trade details into the relevant systems (Murex, Wallstreet)
Review incoming trade details from third-party trading systems (FXAll, TradeWeb, GlobalLink)
Investigate booking/settlement/matching issues; document and escalate as required
Perform cancellations/amendments/reissues for Murex and Wallstreet; review and monitor cancel and amends report.
Perform structured transaction bookings, bookings involving multiple trades and/or trade allocations
Execute FX options daily expiries/settlements processes
Perform daily P&L reporting for local sales and trading desks
Perform dormant portfolio reviews
Respond to client related and operations support teams queries
Handle ad hoc requests (e.g., assisting with audit and risk reviews, etc.)
Provide back-up to local and global team members as required
Assist in testing of new systems and vendor solutions
Assist with process improvement projects as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in a role supporting front office sales and trading in FX, commodities and/or fixed income products
Familiarity with systems used in FX trade booking and straight through processing functionalities
Ability to prioritize in a high volume environment; strong organizational skills
Proactive approach to researching and resolving issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be collaborative and teamwork oriented
Knowledge of Software and systems used in the financial services industry such as: Bloomberg, Murex, WallStreet, TradeWeb, GlobalLink (GTSS/FXONLINE), FXAll
Participation in process improvement projects desirable
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
