Job Description



Reviews and documents that account and data integrity is maintained throughout the organization; acts as a liaison between all departments involved with new and existing accounts; coordinates and leads administrative projects; and facilitates management reporting requirements. The Senior Account Data Analyst will be responsible for the review, maintenance and communication for the onboarding process in totality.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage the new account set up process from beginning to end ensuring data integrity, timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Continually monitor the quality, completeness, and accuracy of all new account set-ups and account maintenance and proactively resolve issues through an audit function.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and identify opportunities to improve internal controls.
  • Maintain communications between all departments relating to the new account function.
  • Support and lead project-and systems-based initiatives.
  • Provide consistently high level of service to internal and external clients.


Job Specifications:

  • Aptitude to exercise initiative and to define and resolve problems; think "outside the box."
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to see "the big picture."
  • Ability to interpret and understand legal contracts to ensure proper data is captured in relevant systems.
  • Clear understanding of industry terminology and Firm products.
  • Experience in managing professional staff and leading complex projects.
  • Strong communications skills at all levels: courteous, effective, and professional; authoritative and diplomatic.
  • Ability to work independently in a busy and demanding environment amid significant organizational growth and change.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM software.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with asset management experience
  • 5 + years relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
