The Finance Organization provides a comprehensive suite of services to its internal customers including: Financial Analysis and Reporting; Budgeting and Forecasting; Shared Services (payroll, time and expense, accounts payable/receivable); and timely, accurate, and complete financial information in support of PwC while controlling costs and providing revenue enhancing opportunities. This organization is comprised of several units, each focused on helping Line of Service Leaders, Market Leaders, Sector Leaders, and their partners and managers deliver the Unique Client Experience to our clients and create the distinctive PwC Experience. LoS Finance " Regional and Business Unit (BU) Finance is responsible for executing budgeting and forecasts at the market/region/BU level. Responsible for asset management; i.e., the billings and collections. Oversees engagement economics for individual partners, clients, markets, BU, and region. Manages portfolio for specific partners, markets, clients, BU, and region.
Position/Program Requirements
Knowledge Preferred:

The Line of Service (LoS) Regional Manager II is a key member of the Regional/Business Unit LoS Finance Team and provides critical support to finance and operations leadership. The Manager II will act as the Financial Advisor/Liason for specified markets in his/her respective region or business unit, reporting directly to the LoS Regional/Business Unit Finance Director. The Manager II will support Firm operations, manage financial performance of a market(s)/business unit(s) and will be a trusted business advisor, providing relevant financial information and guidance to market and regional/business unit leadership. He/she will monitor the business environment for trends that could potentially affect the success of the region/market/business unit, take action to address them, and share best practices with the Regional/Business Unit and National LoS Finance team. The Manager II will be responsible for teams supporting the individual markets within the region/business unit.

Skills Preferred:

This role will report directly to the LoS Regional/Business Unit Finance Director. The Manager II will work directly with Regional/Business Unit and LoS leadership.

MBA/CPA preferred

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

8

Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:

Degree in Finance/Accounting is required
