JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a senior quant researcher to build out a Fixed Income high frequency / short term trading desk.

You would be responsible for

• Building and leading the algorithmic trading to grow the high frequency FI trading business.

• Design, implementation, and delivery of C++ real-time algo trading components

• Pen and design new and maintain current strategies using various methods such as co-integration and random forest decision tree model for intraday and daily strategies with larger trading capacity

Although there is an execution trader currently within the group you will also have a toggle role and act as the Trader of the group, trading actively US Government Bonds Treasury futures and Eurodollar futures on CME, spot FX, and FX futures. We are looking for someone who can innovate others in order to make money consistently with high sharp ratio in both good and tough market environment. You will be rewarded as such.
