*Plans, organizes, leads and controls various audits worldwide, including financial/ operational or information system audits.

*Develops accurate and complete audit work papers that adequately support audit findings and documents work performed.

*Timely prepares audit points summarizing findings and recommendations and discusses them with auditee.

* Organizing the audit function that includes the preparation of an audit plan.

* Make suggestions for improvement of audit processes.

* Create annual audit schedules pertaining to the audit cycles approved by executive management or an appointed audit committee.

* Will be able to identify audit issues and develop recommendations

* Assist staff auditors by preparing worksheets, checklists and other auditing tools (software) to perform the audit.

* Duties assigned/performed by the audit manager can be but are not limited to audit committee representation, administrative duties, training duties and specialized audit duties (joint examinations with a government regulatory board).

* Analysis of financial statements.

* Audit managers may also participate and act as the lead auditor during compliance reviews.

* Reporting to the audit management and committee on the programs, policies, and activities of the department

*Oversees and performs internal control testing and documentation.

*Leads a selection of auditors in conducting an audit project.

*Reviews work papers and conducts closing meetings possibly without an Audit Manager on-site.

*Attends closing meetings.

*Assists Audit Management by conducting risk assessments, and in developing audit programs and tests.

*Participates on special projects, due diligence reviews, post acquisition reviews, and investigations on an as-needed basis.

Who we are looking for

* Accounting or Finance degree

* 2-5 years experience with Big 4

* CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred

* Ability to travel both domestic and internationally
