Job Description

T he Investor Relations Analyst will:

Work closely with the business, legal and finance teams
Develop and produce marketing materials
Prepare market research and competitor intelligence; maintain company performance analytics
Assist with investor communications and reporting
Assist with preparation of press releases and public filings
Respond to investor due diligence requests
Assist with ad-hoc market related presentations and projects
Assist in conference planning and execution
Liaise and attend meetings with various business groups across the firm

The ideal candidate will have:

Curiosity and drive with a commitment to being encyclopedic about the industry in which they focus
Experience and relationships with public company investors
A bachelor's degree
At least 2 - 3 years of finance experience (preference for Investment Banking and/or Capital Markets experience)
An understanding of broad financial markets and indices
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as a team player
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a dynamic, demanding and unpredictable work environment
- Desire and ability to work long hours
- Demanding timelines on projects
Knowledge of the transportation, financial services, senior housing, or real estate industry a plus
Series 7 & 63 license a plus
