- Business Analyst focusing on the area of Risk Management/Reporting

- Work closely with senior project sponsors, Reporting business users and technology to define and document scope, business requirements and functional specifications

- Work with Reporting Senior Manager to prepare project plans/implementation plans and weekly project status meetings

- Liaison between Reporting business users and Reporting systems development group

- Manage testing efforts for both System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing globally including the development of test plans, test cases and test scripts - Ensure projects follow Citi processes and meeting Information Security policy requirements - Understand internal and regulatory Reporting requirements

- Troubleshoot in an organized fashion by breaking down issues into components in order to solve the problem

- Work with subject matter experts to produce relevant artifacts (process flow charts, user requirements, user guides, release notes)

- Must be self-starter that is able to acquire and comprehend the knowledge needed for the project very quickly

- 5+ years prior experience in financial services working on medium to large-scale projects preferred

- 2+ years experience In Data Analysis

- BS/BA required (MS/MBA a plus) - Familiarity with Risk and Regulatory Reporting for Financial Services.

- Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Practices, Risk Measurement and Analysis

- Solid understanding of financial products on a financial services firm's balance sheet

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

-Strong multi-tasking skills required

- Must be able to come up to speed quickly- quick learner

- Advanced Excel skills required
