Description

Gemini is seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to handle the day to day communication with our current and growing investor base. Investor Relations team member must be able to coordinate between multiple lines of business throughout Gemini, and convey the company's corporate message to investors. This person must be organized, responsive, and patient at all times. The ability to multi task and complete tasks in a timely manner is imperative to having success in this role. This team member will act as the main liaison for investors at the firm.

Responsibilities will include:

*Work with Asset Management team to relay property updates to investors.

*Be able to quickly learn about Gemini's portfolio and be able to answer investor questions regarding any of their investments.

*In charge of setting up both quarterly conference calls and ad hoc investor calls

*Coordinate with the creation and distribution of quarterly reporting/ tax information/ budgeting.

*Will need to have excellent relationships with Accounting, Hospitality, Asset Management, and Fixed Income teams.

*Imperative to stay on top of the existing client base with any needs or requests. Any issues that may come about must be handled as timely and efficiently as possible.

*Create and maintain marketing materials for the firm.

Qualifications:

*Excellent PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Excel

*Must be a self-starter and have the ability to pick up things quickly.

*Must be fluent communicator and skilled writer

*Sales/IR background preferred.

*Strong quantitative/analytical skills

*Knowledge of the real estate markets preferred but not mandatory

*Organized, detail oriented, accurate, highly motivated, team player

*Able to work on multiple projects within fast paced, multi-task environment while adhering to strict guidelines

*4-6 years experience in financial services

*Preferably Series 7 & 63/66 licensed
