Portfolio Manager - Fixed Income US Corporate Bonds

NBIM is seeking a dedicated professional for the role as credit Portfolio Manager to further strengthen our Fixed Income Global Credit group. The group is part of the Fixed Income department, and is responsible for managing the fixed income credit portfolios.

Your role will be to cover industrial corporates.

The position is located in New York, and travel will be required.

Main Responsibilities:

Daily portfolio management of primarily industrial corporates across North America
Fundamental analysis of credit risk and vulnerability in business models, capital structures and profitability
Analysis and surveillance of industrial sectors and capital market products
Reporting and communicating performance and risks

Main Qualifications:

Master's degree with strong academic records
2-5 years' experience as portfolio manager or financial analyst within fixed income from asset management, investment banking or similar
Detailed knowledge and understanding of corporates' accounting and financial statements
Strong analytical skills and technical insight
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with working proficiency in written and spoken English
