Position/Program Requirements Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and understanding of, and success with contributing or managing specific workstreams of client engagements that involve, the following areas: - Transaction lifecycles of Financial, Healthcare, Federal and Product and Services products - Financial operations, including the financial close, planning and forecasting processes - Operations and administration of Financial, Healthcare, Federal , Product and Services businesses - Data and systems interactions including IT tools and technology - Documentation and the identification of key controls within the transaction lifecycle - Statutory Reporting, GAAP or IFRS requirements

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:

Bachelor's Degree Additional Information This role is part of the Health Industries Advisory Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (P&LS) Operations practice, with a focus on consulting for Research & Development organizations in our P&LS clients.
• Experience in the industry either as a consultant or from the industry • Experience in the Clinical Development space preferably clinical research, clinical operations and/or project management • Technical background (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, PhD, etc.) to engage clients and understand the business • Strong knowledge of the drug development process as well as regulations • Understanding of the intersection between processes and technology as well as the ability to articulate the business impact of technology on process and organizations • Experience in cross functional change initiatives or large technology implementations within Clinical Development • Deep understanding of the cross functional nature of drug development (statistics, data management, clinical supplies, clin. ops., etc.) • Experience managing or working with CROs from the CRO perspective of from within a Pharmaceutical organization • Practical experience with process improvement or change management methodology • Understanding of the pharmaceutical enterprise; interaction and role of manufacturing, distribution, sales, and marketing
