Job Description

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the Technology Services Financial and Project Director as part of the Consumer Business Support Team.

Primary responsibilities include:

Ensure appropriate business processes and policies are in place and adhered to
Partners with business users, technical teams, Risk Management, PMO, and Finance teams
Prepare and deliver status reports, portfolio documentation and presentations to management
Track and review budget performance throughout the financial cycle
Identify variances and trends in forecasting performance and propose solutions to improve forecasting
Maintain tracking systems and metrics to identify growth, cost savings opportunities and performance against goals
Maintains vendor compliance in regards to software licensing and manages vendor issues
Track multiple program and project initiatives for progress and report status
Works independently or leads a team in a consulting situation
Able to identify outstanding or unresolved issues, and develop and sell a strategy for handling them
Able to draw conclusions and make recommendations from incomplete data
Comprehends client perspective and business need quickly
Looks for and identifies opportunities for business process improvement

Qualifications

Required Skills:

5+ years of work experience involving Project Management, financial, or business analysis
Demonstrated leadership, organization, and effective communication skills
Report and presentation creation
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely and efficient manner
Strong organizational skills
Solid relationship building and partnership skills
Project management
Experience with MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
Demonstrates confidence, resourcefulness and drive

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
