Team Leader position open for the Americas Credit Estimate Desk within the GMO. The Credit Estimates Desk is responsible for handling the administrative and commercial aspects of the Credit Estimates business and is the main point of contact for all Credit Estimate requests. The Credit Estimates Desk liaises between collateral managers and analysts, and coordinates workflows across the various lines of business who produce credit estimates globally.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal and external clients on commercial/administrative process
* Oversee timely tracking, databasing and document upload for in-progress Credit Estimate requests
* Escalation point for issue resolution and process clarification
* Subject matter expert for Credit Estimates ecosystem
* Route Credit Estimate requests to various lines of business
* Provide second level audit and approval of database entries and invoices
* Track and report on accuracy rates and productivity
* Build consensus across global business units to enhance operational efficiency
* Investigate, troubleshoot and escalate issues in the TRACE SharePoint tool; collaborate with MIT to manage enhancement cycles and roll out upgrades to global users; provide new users with training as needed
* Routinely gather global Credit Estimates stakeholders to socialize process changes, establish service level agreements and cross-pollinate operational efficiencies.
* Manage monthly outreach to clients for analytical and billing cycles and report results monthly
* Update global process documentation and user manuals as needed

Qualifications
* Undergraduate Degree in Science or Financial discipline
* Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills preferred
* Previous experience with SharePoint applications and knowledgeable about best practices in data environments
* Professional verbal and written communication skills; Solid presentation skills
* Excellent attention to details
* Highly organized, efficient and resourceful
* Able to follow through on deliverables with minimal oversight
* Strong teamwork and consensus building skills
* Comfortable communicating with senior staff
* Previous financial data or product experience
* Experience identifying financial documents (audits, YTD financials, credit agreements, etc.)

The team is global in scope with a desk in the US to handle Credit Estimate requests for the Americas business regions and a desk in London to handle requests from the EMEA and Asia regions.
