Job Description

Assisting PMO in directing the project life cycle by participating in the review and analysis of comprehensive project plans to ensure delivery of deliverables
Composing memoranda, reports, and other documentation highlighting project steps and status
Managing resource allocation and planning across projects
Developing and maintaining effective information and document management systems
Ensuring version and document control processes are effective
Providing administrative support for the project office
Assisting with financial management and tracking

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Experience working on large IT programs
Strong project management experience
Familiarity with the Investment Banking industry
High-level of proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Sharepoint
Ability to quickly learn specialist organizational software
Understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
Excellent interpersonal, organization, and both written and verbal communication skills
