Department: IAS Operations: OpenWealth Operations: Performance Measurement Position: Senior Performance Analyst, AVP
Reports To: Manager/Vice President, Performance
Operations Job Description: The Performance Analyst position will be responsible for the production, verification and communication of OpenWealth account performance as well as producing other periodic client reports. OpenWealth is a wealth management consulting platform offered to Citi's corporate clients
as part of a BPO service. OpenWealth provides asset allocation, investment
solutions, rebalancing capabilities and performance reporting (among many
features) to end retail and institutional investors. The Analyst will be responsible for understanding and ensuring the accuracy of the data produced through performance
operations processing.

Responsibilities:
• Produce, review and validate portfolio account performance calculations
• Validate performance measurement calculations for OpenWealth Quarterly
Performance Reports (QPRs) for our clients' investors.
• Produce and review Client mandate Performance reports according to contractual
service level agreements
o Produce and review account attribution and/or detailed security level reports
o Maintain, produce and review client composites according to client's
documented GIPS policies and procedures
o Create customized reporting based on client requirements
• Perform review process on team members and outsourcing partners work
• Review, update and implement new processes and procedures where needed to
enhance operational controls
• Participate in projects impacting the Performance Operations
o Participate in client implementations process and service requirements
gathering
o Participate in system functionality testing for performance
systems/processing
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3 - 5 years of performance experience in the financial services industry
Working knowledge of :
? All methods of Account Performance Calculations
? Attribution Reporting
? GIPS Requirements
? Investment Risk Characteristics
• CFA or CIPM optional

Competencies/Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience in Eagle performance system preferred
• Attention to detail
• Effective time management skills associate with daily and non-daily assignments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
• Initiative in Self Development
• Team player
• Work well under pressure
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Ability to work overtime as needed
