Mathematical Programmer - C++, Algorithmic Trading - Manhattan, NY $150K + Bonus

Our client is a "heavy duty" quantitative research team focused on the research & development of algorithms, software and trading systems that drive a leading sell-side cross asset algorithmic trading business.

Mathematical Programming

Working closely with quantitative researchers, you will work primarily on the production level C++ implementation of trading algorithms & logic.

This is a programming intensive role and will best suite an individual who is passionate about delivering "perfect" code. Whilst there is no shortage of extremely strong programmers within, the team will lean on you as the "expert" programmer.

You will work closely with quantitative researchers to identify the problem, understand the math behind the solution and produce precise production level code to implement the solution.

Requirements

Expert C++ programming skills.
2-5 years intensive experience in the C++ implementation of mathematical algorithms from any industry.
Eagle eyed, detail orientated and passionate about produce perfect and beautiful code.
Strong mathematical talent.
Outstanding record of academic achievement in computer science and math.
