Will advise on all compliance issues for registered and private funds on all investment strategies. Oversee trading activities for portfolios. Implement policy and procedures, rewriting these when necessary. Lead and participate in projects across the firm. Responsible for trade surveillance. Responsible for annual compliance reviews and implement corrective changes. Liaise with all regulatory bodies.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, 175-300k total
