READ MORE ABOUT THE ROLE The EBS R12 lead architect - EBS Architect has a real passion for software development and integration of various business solutions. The role is accountable and responsible for EBS R12 technology platform for the Firm. Qualified Finance and HR - EBS Architect candidate with seven to ten years of experience can i) Provide technical and project oversight and for all new EBS R12 enhancement projects within the Firm ii) Brainstorm, design and propose technical solutions to meet business needs iii) Provide appropriate negotiation andor push back based on the EBS R12 technical knowledge to various sponsors iv) Understand the needs of sponsor requests and setup the appropriate project teams to handle the requests v) Ensure successful delivery and quality of all projects under portfolio by actively participating in the Sprint Reviews, Project Kickoffs, Project Initiation, Staffing and Project closure activities vi) Responsible for the EBS product life cycle including Support, Product costs, product platforms and various internal interfaces vii) Maintain a keen focus on maximizing business value, prioritizing the right projects to start and ensuring minimal time to market viii) Effectively collaborate with and manage stakeholderssponsors expectations, escalations and relationships This candidate contributes to the success of our Finance and People portfolio projects. She or he must have excellent communication skills, influencing negotiation skills. This candidate should have the ability to think "out of the box" and be able to tackle resolve challenges that present themselves when working with multiple teams and stakeholders. Be proactive and constantly look for ways to entice development teams to become high performing. Also work with the stakeholders and program to improve product roadmaps carry on with projects that are in the Firm's best interest. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Prerequisites 1) Master'sBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject 2) Minimum of 10 years experience in software development and integrating business solutions 3) Minimum of 7 years experience in Oracle ERP application suite with focus on Finance and HR solutions 4) Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle EBS R12 Project Accounting module is a must, other experiences in Finance and HR modules is a plus. 5) Strong command of English language (both verbal and written) Technical skills and experience 1) Strong EBS R12 technical expertise within an IT enterprise 2) Infrastructure knowledge including Single Sign On, LDAP, LAMP, Search Technologies 3) Experience of using OBIEE product and ADF framework 4) Experience using HP PPM and QC solution to aid the development cycles of EBS R12 projects 5) Knowledge of Agile software development process applied to EBS R12 projects is a plus 6) Familiarity with Test Driven Development, performance metric tools, various testing frameworks and automated testing Non-technical competencies 1) Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions 2) Distinct customer focus and quality mindset 3) Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills 4) Ability to work both independently and in various team settings 5) Ability to work under pressure with a solid sense for setting priorities 6) Ability to manage own learning and contribute to functional knowledge building
