Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support engineer who will assist in testing and supporting our complex client/server software systems designed for the foreign exchange market. The position involves providing customer support for our products, collaborating with various company departments: Project Management Work experience requirements: - 2- 3 years of experience (in high tech companies) in supporting complex client/ server software products, dealing with worldwide customers- a must - Proven experience in planning and performing manual QA tests of software systems- Advantage - Programing skills in C# / Java - Advantage -Knowledge in IT, including the following areas of expertise: Windows Operating Systems and Linux. -Experience in financial industry would be a plus. Education/ Training Requirements: Relevant Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Personal Attributes: Customer service oriented, multi-tasking, independent, being able to work under pressure and deadlines, rapid learning curve, team player.
