NYC MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered. Expert in PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM 9.x technical development and support. 7+ years of experience using People Code and People Tools 8.5x including Application Designer, Security Administration, Change Assistant, Tree, Manager, Application Engine, Application Package, Data Mover, Workflow, Query and Process Scheduler. 7+ years of experience using Integration Tools including Component Interfaces and Integration Broker (Application Messaging) is preferred. Responsible for partnering with the functional analyst to understand the application functionality, support fit/gap assessments and develop technical solutions to support business processes. Develop reporting solutions leveraging XML/BI Publisher (strong skills), PeopleSoft Query (strong skills) and SQR. Expert in PS integration with other technologies such as Java, OBIEE, ESB and third party applications. Create and format complete technical documents including ERD, Process Flow, Processing Logic and Security. Write and execute unit testing, code review and create change request for code migration. Excellent Time Management, Organizational and Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal Ability to work on Multiple Tasks Concurrently. Code/build application the most complex solutions from technical requirements using PeopleTools and related development technologies with wide latitude for independent judgment. Develop and execute unit tests and functional test coverage for assigned coding changes to ensure code quality. May alter existing test data or create new test data to ensure successful results of modifications to program code. Perform the most complex coding and programming tasks including testing, design, implementation, and testing of a wide range of input/output, control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface and other control components; work product is considered the highest quality by reviewers. Perform testing of application software modifications utilizing various programming platforms and productivity tools and review results for accuracy Adhere to defined processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the technical solution. Mentor less experienced developers. This may include assigning work, reviewing work for adherence to standards, and provide coaching guidance. Prepare for and participate in code reviews as requested Syracuse, NY · Prior experience in configuration and developing PeopleSoft 9.1 out of the box solutions and revised business processes; · Hands on technical Skills; SQL; Query; AE/CI experience · PeopleSoft/Oracle Certified Technical Developer – Peopletools 8.49 – 8.52 · Must have hands on full life cycle “SDLC” implementations with knowledge of Human Capital Management and specialization in Payroll and Human Resources, as well as knowledge related Benefits Administration integration within the PSFT/ORCL application. Additional functional knowledge of any of the following technical/functional areas would be a plus: o Human Resources o Payroll NA o Kronos Integration o Peoplecode o Application Engine o PSFT/ORCL Workflow o EIP’s – Enterprise Integration Points o Base Benefits and Benefits Administration o Integration of 3rd Party Providers – BB & BA · Lead interface and report development, design, configuration, systems testing, trouble shooting, post production support and documentation of same, as the lead technical developer for Payroll NA, Human Resources and Base Benefits integration. · Prepare business process documentation; technical specifications for conversions, modifications, interfaces, reports, and security; assist with design and software testing; advise the project team on general technical matters; applying approved project methods and processes. · Key skills are: o PeopleSoft v9.1 Experience. o Ability to Work with functional business users to clarify and validate functional requirements. o Ability to identify, leverage and implement delivered processes/functionality. o Follows industry standards for design, development, unit testing, and system testing. o Expertise designing and developing a customized scheduling module. o Expertise creating and modifying Online PeopleCode. o Expertise creating and modifying Application Engines. o Expertise creating and modifying Component Interfaces. o Expertise creating and executing system test cases. o Business process design/optimization. o Successfully completed a full life-cycle implementation. Government Experience, a plus.
