This position will drive conceptual and technical development of new and existing product initiatives from inception to launch.


Responsibilities

Understand, gather, and document concise user, business and product requirements for user provisioning and authentication environments.
Assess user experience and work with design on most effective flows
Collaborate with Technology and Product leads on roadmap to support multiple business departments.
Inform the roadmap with new ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new products or features.

Communicate effectively throughout the organization on status, issues, and results
Subject matter expert on your products, best practices, competition and latest industry trends and regularly track product success metrics
Understand WSJDN's strategic and competitive position, and work to define and deliver the best products which maintain, shape, and improve that position
Manage backlog to ensure requests are captured, prioritized, and communicated
Evaluate pros and cons of different choices and understand tradeoffs between scope and time to market
Effectively partner with stakeholders through the product lifecycle including Engineering, Project Management, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
Be able to work efficiently in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired

Requirements

5-7 years online technical product management experience, preferably with user management and transactional products
Demonstrated success leading, defining, and launching B2B products
Ability to gather user and business requirements and convert them into a winning product vision. Ability to communicate vision to marketing, design and development teammates
Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional teams, and the ability to gain cooperation from others at all levels
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate applicability and approach using WSJ's access system to various business groups
Strong sense of urgency and comfort in a fast paced environment
