This Application Support Associate is responsible for supporting our management ecosystem suite of applications. The Application Support Associate will provide first level application support for Client management ecosystem will interact with other support associates and end users throughout the company and will help maintain the management ecosystem. This support includes software request and incident management. The position requires a logical and structured approach to troubleshooting with an emphasis on superior customer service. The ability to make timely and appropriate decisions, to work closely with others to resolve problemsconflict and to multi-task on open incidents are expected. Responsibilities would include Provide high quality IT support services to internal users via incident handling and service requests Assess, communicate, and ensure prioritized handling of all incidents and requests related to the service Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are maintained Engaging with other support associates to drive continuous improvement Work with Product Managers and other stakeholders to identify software changes to address requests and software problems Function Remote and desk side support including mobile device3 Level 12 support (some technical troubleshooting - connectivity to DB, some Java knowledge, web app). Knowledge of SQL and .net skills required No coding requirements
