Hydus is all about providing strategic management, consulting, and information technology services to our clients and more importantly helping our customers accomplish what they foresee as a return on investments. We are currently looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for high impact direct sales into new accounts in defined territories. This position will report to the CEO. Job Descriptionndash Ability to sell Enterprise Information Management (BIDW, SOA, BPM) solutions to new and existing Fortune 500 clients. Job Dutiesndash (Included but not limited to) Identify and qualify business opportunities presented by Inside Sales and independently Develop executive relationships with Fortune 500 clients Must be able to understand business issues, and articulate how technology can be leveraged to attain return on investment. Articulate how offerings such as BIDW, BPM and SOA can assist the prospect in solving their business issues. Manage complex sales cycle from Cold calls to deal closure. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting. Negotiate large and complex deals at the executive level Must be able to grow within an account and manage relationship with key executives and partners. Ability to report all activities in Salesforce and keep management informed of sales cycle Must be willing to travel Job Requirement 7 to 10 years of selling Enterprise software services in BIDW, BPM, SOA andor MDM. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Experience in managing large accounts General knowledge of Business Intelligence, BPM, SOA Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be a self starter who require little management on day to day activities Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on proposal and sales effort. Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales initiatives across geographies, companies, and industry sub-markets. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
