Top Midtown Manhattan Law Firm has an immediate need for 2 technical support specialists. There are 2 positions open, both full time permanent. One is for the 1030AM - 630 PM the other is the 11AM - 7PM shift. This is the perfect job for those of us who are not morning people or have obligations for the early morning that dont allow 9-5 work...The position also offers an on call bonus, , as well as a bonus paid out 3 times per year! PREVIOUS LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! The firm is an international firm consisting of 10+ offices. You will be responsible for the NYC office's desktop support duties. The environment has 500+ users in NYC is an excellent opportunity to work for a great team. DUTIES Level I-II deskside user support for NY office personnel. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years Level II-III support in comparable law firm environment. Well organized and able to work independently without supervision. Strong trouble-shooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands. Willing to work after hours or on weekends if necessary. PREFERRED IT training experience in comparable law firm environment. MCSE, MOS or other related professional certifications. Autonomy FileSite document management system administration. HOURS Position 1 11AMndash7PM. Position 2 1030AMndash630PM.
