Job Description

Description of Principal Duties Accountabilities Build effective partnerships with business teams and provide onsite support ensuring maturity of capabilities roadmap and successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions Assist with further refining Stationsrsquo sales process technology opportunities and drive solutions to improve productivity and support topbottom line growth Manage the delivery of business projects initiatives including Lead the analysis, design and implementation of ForecastBudget Module Salesforce 2.0 (Custom Analytics) Impact analysis of new system integrations and changes to existing Responsible for daily SalesForce feeds from Wide Orbit, Donovan, Operative, and DWH systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise Collaborate with BI-PM on tasks requiring DWH initiativesfixes Manage day-to-day SalesForce platform operational support and development activities for NBC and TLMD Stations Sales teams Manage onshore offshore development resources Work with Sales, Marketing Legal teams to document process lsquoAs-Isrsquo and advise on lsquoTo-Bersquo recommendations Design and champion upgrade enhancements for Stations CRM including SalesForce releases, process enhancements, native SalesForce capability rollouts, new fields, new screens, new functionality, and interfaces Analyze system requirements, identify and map data elements back to source systems while working within the context of existing data schemas and ultimately designing system interfaces Qualifications Required Minimum of 3 yearsrsquo experience in a Client Facing Business Relationship Management role Minimum of 3 yearsrsquo experience in Project Management with delivery accountability Minimum 3 yearsrsquo experience with business analysis requirements gathering, writing and managing use cases and functionaltechnical requirements creation Minimum of 3 yearsrsquo implementation experience with MediaEntertainment CRM systems Sales cloud experience a must (Accounts, Deals, Opportunities, Reports, etc.) Minimum of 3 yearsrsquo of full systems development lifecycle experience creating enterprise or commercial technology solutions using disciplined methodologies Minimum of 3 yearsrsquo experience managing application development teams using diverse technologies including .NET, J2EE, VisualForce and etc Qualifications Desired Media industry experience Excellent communication, presentation analysis skills with solid business acumen certifications (Application Admin, Application Developer, etc.) Salesforce implementation experience Familiarity with ETL toolsconcepts Project Management Certification (PMP, Six Sigma Greenbelt, etc.) Cross functional organizational experience (Sales or Operations roles) MDM implementation and process management experience a plus Please apply to
