We are seeking a Lead Application Support Analyst- Java to provide secondthird level support to the ASP offering of Broadridgersquos FinancePro Repo Applications Application Production Client support- 80 Coding in Java- 20 General Responsibilities Receive and resolve external client requests relative to our FinancePro and Repo Applications Analyze and debug client issues Propose corrective solutions Manage clients and their expectations Track issues and requirements for clients Report status to clients and management on dailyweeklymonth and yearly basis as needed Build and maintain client relationships Provide necessary training to new members of the team and new user base Document program fixes and risk analysis Ability to do Root Cause Analysis of recurring issues Provide assistance to QA and UAT teams to run tests and verify results Support Development team by doing preliminary analysis of enhancements and propose solutions Monitor new enhancements and review test cases to make sure support issues are handled in design INND12LI-ME1 Qualifications Previous work experience coding on Java and WebSphere platforms a must. Exposure to AS400 and DB2 a plus. Must have effective analytical, communication (both oral and written), and organizational skills. 7 to 8 years of experience with Financial firms strongly desired, which should include, experience working with Broadridge Products, experience working with traders in a trade support role, knowledge of Fixed Income Financing business. Candidate must also have the ability to interact appropriately with clients (i.e. in communication, in handling issues, trouble-shooting production issues, etc). Fixed Income trade life cycle and Financing business knowledge is a strong plus.
