The Business Intelligence Analyst will be based in our New York office, and will report directly to the manager of the team. You will be in charge of Publisher Analysis and Optimization ndash Analyzing complex data from multiple sources, yoursquoll learn how to detect problems with the performance of our campaigns, and suggest improvements that will have immediate impact. Reporting tools and metrics ndash Yoursquoll use your knowledge of our system to develop reports and metrics that will present actionable insights to teams across the business. Technical studies and analysis ndash You will work on ad hoc projects that will inform roadmap for the development of the Criteo Product, and run real world tests on new developments. Campaign control and oversight ndash You have responsibility for managing and maintaining the smooth running of our campaigns. This involves making sure our Publisher server is correctly set up and updated, and validating the setup of new campaigns. Responsibilities. Maintain deep understanding of the Criteo product from a technical perspective Project manage and coordinate major clientpartner integrations to drive recurring revenue Communicate to client and internal partners to drive success of partnerships and guide product enhancements Solve clientrsquos problems using a variety of analytical and technical tools including traffic analysis, querying SQL DBs, troubleshooting JS, etc. Drive product innovation by reproducing issues to inform roadmap and develop short term workarounds Partner with clients to understand and develop solutions for high-impact, high-visibility issues Coordinate with team members in identifying, reporting, and resolving product issues Requirements. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred Degree in Computer Science or technology related degree Fluent in English Previous experience in problem solving end to end. Possess good technical skills SQL, programming languages Interest in analysis and statistics Versatile, dynamic. Real interest in online advertising market and the impact of a high-performance technology in this market Personal Attributes.
