Job Description

This is a junior PMO Coordinator andor Project Administrator role. The ideal candidate will bring some Project Management and Business Analysis Skills and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsible for the continued management, support, and improvement of the PMO as a functional program model set to achieve and uphold structure, governance, and transparency through a portfolio of project management related initiatives. Assist with tracking the overall progress and success of the departmentrsquos projects and key initiatives. Execute and monitor project-related tasks by managing the day to day operational aspects of a project and scope and follow up on project activities through completion. Previous work experience within a Program management Office (PMO) in Technology and managing all aspects of Program and Project Management, SDLC processes and methodologies and utilizing tools and templates related to programproject planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment- This is a fast pace, high energy environment. These candidates should have experience working with tight deadlines and having to manage multiple projects, deliverables, resources and expectations at any given time. Duties Responsibilities Prepare PM Status agenda (twice weekly recurrence) Prepare PM Status report for PMO Standup Prepare Status Dashboard Updated RAID logs Update Integrated Project Plan generate exceptions reports Ad hoc project health analysis (budget resource) Establish structure through program tools and practices to track and communicate project status, manage risk, forecast resource needs, and focus on high value reporting tools including the use of SharePoint, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Further the PMO focus on transparency through project reporting and improved channels of communication including external marketing, organization of steering committees, and business facing presentations. Additional support of internal communications i.e. employee web portals. Candidate must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the proven ability to work in a team environment, drive change management, and support numerous work flows and processes within the Global PMO Proficient in MS Office with deep knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel programs Candidate must demonstrate strong organization skills for frequent project tracking, reporting, and presentation development Skilled in communications best practices including channels, strategy and content Experience working in an Ad Hoc environment Ability to prioritize work load and deliver in a high volume, fast paced environment Aptitude and eagerness to support a global organization with a varying elements Knowledge of Daptiv PMO Support Ad hoc Daptiv requests (e.g., create and assign timesheet tasks to resource, create ad hoc dashboards) Prepare project plans Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes Oversees the full project management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives Manage day-to-day activities in PMO to ensure IT programs and project meet organizationrsquos goals and requirements. Assess and manage the impact and interdependencies between projects to ensure objectives are met. Provide verbal and written communication regarding project status, risks and issues Collects and organizes data requirements from the business to support project teams Ensures that business requirements are ready to be translated into functional requirements Conducts feasibility studies with the respective technology teams to determine the necessary set of requirements
